Well I don't see a lot of activity here but I'm going to post anyway because I'm out of ideas. I'm sure this is something stupid but I'm not getting anywhere.
Basically I can't enter any secondary function. I want to enter set mode, which is supposed to be MON/F and then 0/SET. When I do that, I get the "F" but when I press 0 nothing happens at all. Similarly I can't get to the weather with MON/F 3/WX.
I've tried the factory "SET" reset procedure, power up with V/M and BAND pressed and then press MON/F. No help.
Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated!
