I have the circuit diagram for this good old handheld; please be free to ask, I can email it scanned.
Does anyone have the instruction manual for it? I couldnt locate it on the web.

Yes mmf,
The best place to get it is on ebay. only .99 cents! Cant beat that with a stick! I emailed Yaesu for you and they do not have a "free" PDF version avaliable. If you were to buy it, I would buy it on ebay. Just my 2 cents.
