Hello, I am new to the forum. Looking for some help to configure my FT-65 with some local repeaters. I successfully configured it with CTCSS tone, a frequency shift (6Mhz) and the correct frequency... It works perfectly and my transmission goes out and is sent back by the repeater. While this is working, I see the "+" and "TTN" icons on screen. I stored these configurations in memory. There are several repeaters I will use, each with different frequencies and tones -- so I stored in different slots. My problem is that when I cycle through the memory slots (with up/down arrows, in "M" mode), the frequency is correctly recovered, but the "+" sign is gone -- and the unit is therefore transmitting in what should be the RX frequency. (If I go to the repeater menu, it says "SIMPLEX", not "+REP") as I have set. However (and even more odd), if I switch the unit off and back on, the "+" sign is back, and the repeater shift works ok. To illustrate the problem, I recorded it www.youtube.com/watch?v=kV7BC73_P30 - a bit blurry at some moments but hopefully helpful to see the problem. Am I missing something in this setup? Thanks in advance
