Purchased a tactical (surveillance) earpiece off of eBay that I thought would work in the right side ear jack. NOPE! Does anyone know of one that would work? If not, does anyone know what type of jack Yaesu uses on the VX-8R? Many of the accessories I found for the Yaesu/Vertex/Standard list many, many, models, but skip over the VX-8.
An alternative would be the BU-2A bluetooth board and some type of bluetooth ear piece.
