I found that the easiest way to remove the blocking resistor was to take a small slotted screw driver and a hard object and put the screw driver blade right next to the resistor and give it a good rap and it will pop right off of the board. Turn the radio on and then turn it off and then turn it back on again and reprogram it to the frequencies you desire to operate. Enclosed is the power output measured into a true 50 ohm dummy load.
